Taageer Finance Announces Successful Issuance of OMR Unsecured Non-Convertible Subordinated Bonds – Issue Subscribed by 195%
Taageer Finance, one of the leading Finance and Leasing company in the Sultanate of Oman, has announced the successful closure of its 2-year OMR denominated bond.

As a part of its responsibility towards Corporate Social Responsibility, Taageer pledged an amount of RO 50,000 as its contribution for the relief and rehabilitation works due to devastation in the cyclone affected areas of Suwaiq, Mussanah, Saham and Khabourah.
Taageer unsecured non-convertible bonds subscribed by 132.32%
Taageer Finance successfully completed an unsecured non-convertible bonds issue in November-2021. The Issue managers were Ahli Bank and Bank Dhofar. The size of the Issue was RO 10 million and was closed with a subscription of RO 13.32 million.
AGM - Annual General Meeting
Taageer Finance held its Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2022 at Muscat Intercontinental and the audited financials were approved by the shareholders. The shareholders also approved a cash dividend of 3 baizas per share and stock dividend of 2 baizas per share at the meeting.
